About Us

Charles Lehman is the principal member of Lehman Law Group PLLC.  With over twenty three years of legal experience, Charles’s practice continues to focus on Business Law,  Estate Planning, Probate and Intellectual Property. Charles provides  counsel to companies in a wide range of matters that include Entity  Formation and Governance, Contract Negotiations, Complex Commercial  Transactions, Intellectual Property (Trademark, Copyright & Trade  Secrets) and Commercial Litigation. 

In addition, Charles assists  individuals and families as they navigate through the often complex and  emotionally taxing process of Estate Planning and Probate law; and  advises private individuals in the field of media law relating to  Copyright and Right of Publicity. 

As a life-long resident of the the  Pacific Northwest, Charles is an avid fly-fisherman, rock climber  and devoted Husky fan.  He also enjoys travel and playing  the guitar.
